Dhamma and Meditation Schedule:

Beginning March 8, a 12-week course will be held on The Fundamentals of Buddhism. A Q&A session and meditation will follow.

We meet with the Indian community on the 2nd Sunday of every month. Locations vary.

Mission Statement

We believe in teaching the Four Noble Truths and helping individuals live the Noble Eight Fold Path. The Four Noble Truths relate to the suffering that human endure. The Noble Eight Fold Path describes the way to the end of that suffering.

The Four Noble Truths are that there is suffering, a cause or origin of suffering, and end of suffering, and a path out of suffering. The Nobel Eight Fold Path posits that through the right view, intention, speech, action, livelihood, effort, mindfulness and concentration we can all overcome suffering.

Following the Noble Eight Path promises to free individuals of attachments and delusions and ultimately lead them towards a better understanding of themselves and reality.
